Create your own custom workout

Updated over a week ago

SAMI-X Training Creator offers you the ultimate flexibility in creating your own custom workout, empowering you to train in the way that suits you best. Here's everything you need to know to create, play, and save your workouts.

Start Your Training

Creating a custom training session is easy. Here's how:

  1. Select Combat System: Choose from various combat systems like krav maga, knife fighting, stick fighting, axe fighting, and panantukan.

  2. Select Level: Tailor your workout by choosing your skill level.

  3. Select Duration: Decide the length of your training session.

Once these options are selected, the training creator will craft a custom training session according to your specifications. You can also choose a recommended session that we have curated for you.

Expansive Video Collection

With hundreds of exercises in our Training Creator, it's unlikely you'll encounter the same training twice. This means you get a fresh and engaging experience each time.

Training Play Features

  • Automatic Play: Once you start, your training will play automatically. This includes prep time and timed breaks between exercises.

  • Pause or Skip: If you need to, you can pause or skip an exercise. Note that going back to a previous exercise is not possible.

Post-Training Summary

After finishing the training, you'll receive a summary. If you like, you can include some personal details as well.

Saving and Repeating Trainings

All your trainings are conveniently saved in "My Activities" > "Training History." If you find a session you particularly enjoy, you can easily do it again.

Conclusion

The SAMI-X Training Creator is designed to provide you with a personalized training experience. Whether you're building a session from scratch or choosing from our recommended sessions, we're here to help you train your way.
