Step-by-step Guide to Cancel Your Membership:

  1. Login to Your Account: First, sign in to your SAMI-X account with your username and password.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile: Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking on your username or profile picture at the top right corner of the page. If you are on mobile, click on the bottom right.

  3. Click on "Memberships" in the Submenu: In your profile page, find and click on the "memberships" option in the submenu.

  4. View Current Membership: On the memberships page, you will see the details of your current membership plan.

  5. Cancel Membership: If you wish to cancel your membership, simply click on "Cancel membership" next to your current membership details.

  6. Confirm Cancellation: A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click "Yes" or "Confirm" to proceed. Please note that your membership will be canceled after the current billing cycle, and you will still have access to SAMI-X until then.
