  • Make sure you have enough space for your training, without obstacles that could harm you.

  • Wear appropriate footwear, so you don't slip.

  • Stay hydrated and take breaks if needed.

  • Only use training weapons, never (!) use real weapons. SAMI-X and all affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injuries to yourself or others from using any kind of training tools.

  • Always consult your physician before starting SAMI-X online training, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.

  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain or any other discomfort. If any symptoms persist, seek medical attention immediately.
